By booking laundry or dry‑cleaning services with WashPro India, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable provisions of the IT Act, 2000.
1) Services
- Professional laundry, dry‑cleaning, ironing/pressing, stain treatment, and garment care.
- Pickup & delivery within selected service areas of Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Service timelines may vary by garment type, fabric, and requested treatment.
2) Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, pickup, and delivery information.
- Remove valuables from garments (cash, jewelry, documents, devices). We are not liable for such items.
- Inform us of delicate fabrics, color‑bleeding risks, stains, or special care instructions at pickup.
3) Pricing & Payment
- Prices vary by garment/fabric/service; the latest price list on our website/app applies.
- All amounts are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax laws.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net‑banking, and COD (where available). Online payments are processed via secure third‑party gateways.
4) Pickup & Delivery
- Scheduled time slots are indicative and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational constraints.
- Customer availability at the scheduled address is required; failed delivery attempts may incur re‑delivery charges.
- We may re‑schedule pickups/deliveries due to unforeseen events (force majeure).
5) Garment Handling & Liability
- We use industry‑standard detergents/solvents and follow best‑practice processes based on garment care labels.
- We are not responsible for: (a) normal wear/tear, (b) natural color fading or fabric shrinkage, (c) damage due to weak fabrics or missing/incorrect care labels, (d) undisclosed pre‑existing defects/stains.
- For proven negligence, liability is limited to five (5) times the service charge of the affected garment or INR 1000 per order, whichever is lower.
6) Lost or Unclaimed Garments
- If a garment is misplaced due to our negligence, compensation will be as per the liability cap above.
- Unclaimed garments not collected within 30 days of delivery notification may be donated to charity without further liability.
7) Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup at no charge.
- Once garments are picked up, cancellations are not permitted.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days as per payment gateway timelines.
8) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on www.washproindia.com are the property of WashPro India. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashPro India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, profit, or data) arising from use of our services.
10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
