- Payment Details: UPI / card / net-banking information processed via secure third‑party gateways; WashPro India does not store full card data.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, and usage analytics for performance and security.
2) How We Use Your Information
- Accepting orders, performing laundry & dry-cleaning, and arranging pickup/delivery.
- Communicating confirmations, invoices, service updates, and support.
- Improving website performance, product offerings, and customer experience.
- Compliance with Indian laws, fraud prevention, and record keeping.
3) Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared only with:
- Authorized WashPro India staff for service fulfillment and support.
- PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways for processing transactions.
- Delivery/logistics partners for pickup & delivery within service areas.
- Government or law enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by Indian law.

- Secure storage on servers located in India to the extent practicable.
